Details

Militza Boljevic (she/her)

is an associate at Lenczner Slaght.

Militza maintains a broad litigation practice that includes a wide range of commercial litigation, professional liability, contract matters, public law and appeals. Prior to being called to the Bar, Militza summered and articled at Lenczner Slaght.

Militza has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario and various administrative tribunals.

Militza graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. As a law student, Militza served as a working group leader for the David Asper Center for Constitutional Rights. She was also very involved in the Faculty of Law’s mooting program, participating in and coaching the Gale Cup Moot, and was selected for the Faculty’s annual showcase Grand Moot. In her final year, Militza was awarded the Dean’s Leadership Award for her contributions to several associations, including Women & the Law, Out in Law, the Litigation Association, and the Peer Mentorship Program.

Prior to law school, Militza completed a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance at the Glenn Gould School of the Royal Conservatory of Music.

    Militza Boljevic was invited to speak as a guest lecturer at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law’s Legal Research & Writing class. This course introduced students to the way lawyers analyze, research and write about the law. Militza spoke on the topic Research Due Diligence.
