Launched in June 2019, commerciallist.com is a website that includes existing practice resources, precedents, answers to frequently asked questions, best practices, interviews and blogs, important decisions, and relevant news and events. The website also now includes a COVID-19 Resource Centre with the latest court and tribunal updates, emergency orders, legal resources, and video conference attendance protocols to help Commercial List practitioners navigate through the pandemic.
