Ruxandra leads the Legal Project Management team, supporting lawyers on complex matters and collaborating with business functions across the firm to drive strategic initiatives. She brings a disciplined, client-centered approach to legal work – structuring projects through rigorous planning, coordination, and progress tracking to ensure they are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively. Known for her proactive style and attention to detail, Ruxandra keeps multifaceted engagements on course, helping teams anticipate challenges and maintain momentum from kickoff to completion.

Before joining Lenczner Slaght, Ruxandra worked at one of Canada’s five largest banks, where she managed IT and software development projects and earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Prior to her delivery role, she was part of the project management practices and governance team, where she developed and led a new project intake process that unified and improved reporting standards across portfolios.

Ruxandra began her career in project management at a global consulting firm after graduating with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce (Finance focus). She now draws on her cross-industry experience to translate the discipline of project management into the legal environment – bringing innovative, practical solutions to the firm and its clients.
