Ruxandra has an external client focus as she supports our lawyers on complex legal matters and collaborates with the firm’s business functions on a variety of strategic firmwide initiatives. She excels at planning and monitoring by taking a proactive approach to ensure projects are executed efficiently and cost-effectively. With a strong focus on client service, she brings structure to legal work through disciplined planning, coordination, and progress tracking.

Before joining Lenczner Slaght, Ruxandra worked at one of Canada’s five largest banks, where she managed IT and software development projects and earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Prior to her delivery role, she was part of the project management practices and governance team, where she developed and led a new project intake process that unified and improved reporting standards across portfolios.

Ruxandra began her career in project management at a global consulting firm after graduating with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce (Finance focus). She now draws on her cross-industry experience to translate the discipline of project management into the legal environment – bringing innovative, practical solutions to the firm and its clients.
