Katie Irwin (she/her)
is the Manager of Discovery at Lenczner Slaght.
Katie provides project management and technical support in all stages of the discovery process. Katie has expertise in eDiscovery technology, complex search strategies, data analytics, and machine learning. She advises both internal firm personnel and clients on eDiscovery best practices and manages vendor relationships.
Prior to joining the firm, Katie worked as an eDiscovery Case Manager at a leading national law firm where she managed the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, in a cost and risk mitigating fashion.
Katie studied at Queen’s University, where she earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Geological Engineering. Katie’s research focused on collecting, processing, and analyzing Synthetic Aperature Radar (SAR) data for surface water classification and monitoring. Her background in engineering and data management enables her to respond to complex technical challenges that often arise in eDiscovery.
