Isabelle* is the Director of Human Resources at Lenczner Slaght. With over 20 years of experience in the media and professional services industries, she leads§ our Human Resources team in the areas of strategic human resources management, advisory, leadership development, and coaching. Isabelle is responsible for building an agile and proactive Human Resources function with progressive policies, procedures and programs to foster a differentiated employment experience. She has a strong client focus and innate ability to lead with care to drive organizational impact. By building strong relationships and effectively navigating a fast-paced and complex environment, Isabelle delivers strong results. .

Isabelle Naraine (she/her)

is the Director of Human Resources at Lenczner Slaght.

Isabelle is responsible for leading the firm’s Human Resources strategy and team. She ensures the alignment of our business strategy with progressive talent management and people practices in order to foster and support a differentiated employment experience.

Prior to joining Lenczner Slaght, Isabelle worked at an international professional services firm where she acted as the People Leader for its audit practice. A few years after graduating from Cégep, Isabelle, who is fully bilingual, joined one of the largest Canadian media companies where she spent most of her career and held roles of increasing levels of responsibility, from Administrative Assistant to Director, Human Resources responsible for a group of 4,000 employees across Canada. To round out her knowledge base, Isabelle continued her studies part-time and completed two university certificates including one in Human Resources.
