Isabelle is responsible for leading the firm’s Human Resources strategy and team. She ensures the alignment of our business strategy with progressive talent management and people practices in order to foster and support a differentiated employment experience.

Prior to joining Lenczner Slaght, Isabelle worked at an international professional services firm where she acted as the People Leader for its audit practice. A few years after graduating from Cégep, Isabelle, who is fully bilingual, joined one of the largest Canadian media companies where she spent most of her career and held roles of increasing levels of responsibility, from Administrative Assistant to Director, Human Resources responsible for a group of 4,000 employees across Canada. To round out her knowledge base, Isabelle continued her studies part-time and completed two university certificates including one in Human Resources.
