Sam* is a summer student at Lenczner Slaght. While studying at Queen’s University Faculty of Law, he developed and honed his ability to think critically, write persuasively, and approach legal problems from different angles. In every case, Sam responds§ with care and attentiveness. He recently competed in the Laskin Moot in French and is always eager to face even the most difficult challenges with resolve . He is keen to apply the full range of his experience at Lenczner Slaght. .

Details

Sam Abramson (he/him)

is a summer student at Lenczner Slaght.

Sam is completing his JD at Queen’s University Faculty of Law. During law school, Sam developed his skills in administrative law by representing Queen’s in the Laskin Moot as the team’s French language oralist and by serving on Queen’s Competitive Moot Committee.

Sam is actively involved in his faculty’s community and has held leadership roles with both the Jewish Law Students’ Association and the Queen’s Law Alternative Dispute Resolution Club. With an interest in international law, he has also participated in Queen’s Public International Law Program and completed an internship with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, where he worked in French to advance family reunification cases and support protection efforts for displaced communities.

Sam holds a Master of Arts in Conflict Resolution and Mediation from Tel Aviv University, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.
