Jordan Kong (he/him)
is a Senior Legal & Strategic Projects Manager at Lenczner Slaght.
Jordan collaborates closely with lawyers, business teams, and firm leadership on a broad cross-section of key strategic projects, programs, committees, and task forces to enhance the firm’s delivery of legal services, strengthen operational effectiveness, and drive organizational change.
Helping people work better is at the core of what Jordan does best. Whether that means untangling workflows on a high-stakes litigation matter, piloting new technology, or bringing stakeholders together around a common goal, he focuses on finding practical ways to manage complex work and deliver the right result.
Before joining Lenczner Slaght, Jordan was the national leader for competitive procurement and regulatory strategy at a global technology company, where he helped establish Canada as the company’s most successful market. Earlier in his career, he practised law in Australia and the United Kingdom, and served as an adviser to an Attorney-General, Minister for Finance, and Minister for Industrial Relations in Australia.
