Jordan provides dedicated project and program management support across a wide range of complex legal matters and the firm’s strategic priorities. He works closely with lawyers, business team leaders and the firm’s Management Committee to drive enterprise-wide planning and implementation of process improvements, organizational change management, and legal technology adoption. In his role, Jordan draws from his experience in law, consulting, and advisory to build and strengthen the firm’s legal operations and client service delivery function.

Prior to joining Lenczner Slaght, Jordan was the national leader for competitive procurement and regulatory matters at a global micromobility technology startup where he helped to make Canada the company's most successful market. Before pivoting to non-practicing roles in law and consulting firms in Canada, Jordan practiced as a lawyer in Australia and the United Kingdom and was a legal and political adviser to an Attorney-General in Australia.
