Alexandra* is a summer student at Lenczner Slaght and a JD candidate at Osgoode Hall Law School. During her studies, she has dedicated her time to the Osgoode Hall Law Journal and to mooting, most recently at the Wilson Moot, where her team placed first. When faced with an opportunity to try something new, Alexandra stays§ thoughtful and curious, whether tackling a moot problem or holding a yoga pose. Her background in public relations and marketing has equipped her to stay focused under pressure and navigate unexpected obstacles with composure. In moments of uncertainty, Alexandra remains grounded and solution-oriented. She is a dedicated advocate who is always up for a challenge. .

Details

Alexandra Stenhouse (she/her)

is a summer student at Lenczner Slaght.

Alexandra is completing her JD at Osgoode Hall Law School. During law school, she has developed a strong interest in advocacy through extensive involvement in mooting and negotiation competitions, both as a participant and a judge. Most recently, she represented Osgoode at the Wilson Moot, where her team was awarded first place team and first place facta. She also serves as a Senior Editor for the Osgoode Hall Law Journal, where she contributes to the publication of rigorous and thought-provoking legal scholarship.

Prior to law school, Alexandra obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Huron University at the University of Western Ontario, graduating with distinction. She studied Global Rights Studies and Political Science and was consistently recognized for her academic achievements and community involvement. Her studies included experiential learning in Rwanda focused on post-conflict reconciliation, as well as published work on international relations in the university’s undergraduate research journal.
