Lenczner Slaght Welcomes Fox Scholar, Petra Stojnic

We are pleased to have Petra Stojnic join us as our 2026/2027 Fox Scholar!

Petra graduated from the University of Oxford with a Bachelor of Arts in Law with First Class Honours and a Bachelor of Civil Law. She has also completed an LLM in Bar Vocational Studies, specializing in International Commercial Trade & ADR, as a Lord Denning and Residential Scholar of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. Petra was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2026.

As a law student, Petra completed an internship at the AIRE Centre, a legal charity specializing in European human rights law. She also worked as a Legal Consultant for Oxford Student Publications Limited, an independent student publishing house, where she advised on intellectual property, defamation, confidentiality and other legal issues.

Prior to joining Lenczner Slaght, Petra was the International Policy Assistant – Human Rights at the Law Society of England and Wales, where she advocated for lawyers globally who face reprisals for carrying out their work. She was previously a Policy Officer at the Department of Home Affairs in Australia, where she conducted in-depth legal and policy research for a major law reform project.
