IPIC 2026 Conference

Jordana Sanft and Andrew Moeser will speak at IPIC's Annual Conference.

Jordana will present on the panel titled Top IP Law Cases of the Century, discussing landmark intellectual property decisions that have shaped the evolution of IP law over the past century and exploring why these cases mattered then and how their legacy continues to shape today's IP landscape.

Andrew will lead the session titled Jurisdiction and Territoriality of IP Rights and Remedies in Canada, exploring the territorial limits of Canadian copyright, trademarks, and patents, including whether clients can sue or be sued in Canada, the scope of relief Canadian courts can grant, and how federal and provincial superior courts treat these issues.
