Sana Halwani was invited to speak as a guest lecturer at Osgoode Hall Law School on the topic of Copyright and AI in the course Legal Values: Litigating IP Cases. The seminar surveys intellectual property litigation in Canada, with a focus on the Federal Courts, and gives students hands-on experience with every stage of a case, from drafting pleadings and briefing witnesses to judgment writing.
