Ian will present on What Makes Effective Oral Advocacy at the SCC, while Paul-Erik presents on Tips for Getting Leave to Appeal at the SCC.

She will also cover strategies for handling cross-examination and engage in interactive discussions on recent cases involving technological testimony.
