Métis Rights

Paul-Erik Veel was invited to present at the Pacific Business & Law Institute program on Métis Rights in 2024. Paul-Erik will discuss Métis and Class Action Proceedings, including the unique issues and challenges, an overview of related certification decisions, the Ile a la Crosse residential school class action proceedings, and the Sixties Scoop class action proceedings.
