Lenczner Slaght Welcomes Manager of Legal Talent, Student Recruitment & Development

Canada’s leading litigation firm is proud to welcome Hannah Kingdom as our new Manager of Legal Talent, Student Recruitment & Development.

“We’re excited to welcome Hannah to the firm,” says Monique Jilesen, Managing Partner. “Hannah will shape every part of our students’ journey, from the first conversation on campus through recruitment, our summer and articling programs, and the early years of their careers. Her experience in practice and long-standing commitment to mentorship make her a natural fit to help them develop the skills that set Lenczner Slaght litigators apart.”

In this role, Hannah will lead the firm’s student recruitment and development programs, overseeing all aspects of our annual recruitment process and attracting exceptional law students from across Canada who want to build careers in advocacy. She will represent the firm at law schools nationwide and build lasting relationships with students, career offices, and student organizations.

Prior to joining Lenczner Slaght, Hannah practiced for over a decade at a leading Canadian business law firm, focusing on health regulatory and advocacy matters. There, she led the firm’s women’s initiatives for several years, was actively involved in student recruitment and mentorship, and was a regular pro bono volunteer.

Welcome, Hannah!
