Acted as counsel for a defendant physician in proceedings before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, where the Tribunal held a combined summary and preliminary hearing and ultimately deciding that the applicant had not pointed to any evidence that could establish a connection between the respondents’ actions and the alleged violations of the Human Rights Code, successfully dismissing of the case in its entirety as against the physician.
