Critical Rules of Evidence for Civil Litigators

Sam Hargreaves will present at the Ontario Bar Association’s Critical Rules of Evidence for Civil Litigators program. Sam will discuss key evidentiary issues in civil litigation, including the use and limits of hearsay evidence, expert evidence, challenges related to electronic documents and digital records, and the court’s discretion to exclude irrelevant evidence.
