Robert Trenker
Robert's developing litigation practice covers a range of areas including corporate-commercial, administrative law and professional liability.
Prior to being called to the Bar, Robert summered and articled at the firm, assisting on a variety of matters including receivership applications, injunctions and disciplinary prosecutions.
While at law school, Robert was awarded the J. Edward Thompson, QC Memorial Scholarship for attaining the highest standing in the program of Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Administration of Justice and was a member of the winning team at the Harold G. Fox Intellectual Property Moot.

Brevity is not always a virtue, especially when a trial judge’s decision leaves the palate of an appellate court dry. The line between insufficient reasons and succinctness was explored most recently in Dovbush v. Mouzitchka.
