DAVID VITALE is an associate at Lenczner Slaght.

David holds a B.Sc. (Honours) in Psychology/French from the University of Toronto and an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School.  He graduated from the University of Toronto with High Distinction and the St. Michael’s College Silver Medal in Science.  While at Osgoode, David received course awards in Contracts, Civil Procedure and Evidence.

Prior to joining Lenczner Slaght, David summered and articled with a major Toronto law firm.  He was called to the Ontario bar in 2008.
Following his call to the bar, David clerked for the judges of the Court of Appeal for Ontario.

David is a member of the Advocates' Society and the Canadian Bar Association.
