TOM CURRY is a partner at Lenczner Slaght.

Tom joined the firm as a partner in 2002, after practicing in the litigation section of a national law firm since 1986.  He has a proven record of success in commercial litigation, class actions, arbitrations, business disputes, administrative law, judicial review, intellectual property, professional liability at both the trial and appellate levels.
 
Tom is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and has been certified as a Specialist in Civil Litigation by The Law Society of Upper Canada since 1998.  He is recognized in his fields of expertise in LEXPERT, Chambers Global and Martindale-Hubbell and is listed in the 2009 LEXPERT/American Lawyer Guide to the Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada.

He is a contributing editor of Corporate Liability, a journal devoted to issues of corporate liability under criminal and regulatory law, and is a regular speaker on a wide variety of subjects relating to trial practice and substantive law.  He teaches Trial Advocacy at the University of Toronto.

Tom received an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1984 and his B.E.S. (Urban Planning) from the University of Waterloo in 1981.  He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1986.
