MARK VENEZIANO is a partner at Lenczner Slaght.

He practises civil litigation with an emphasis on shareholder disputes, professional negligence and commercial litigation. He has been involved in actions concerning the duties of physicians, stockbrokers, financial advisors, professional engineers, lawyers, accountants and auditors. He has an extensive trial practice, and much experience in stockbroker cases.

Mark has a B.A. and obtained his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1996. He was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1998.

Mark is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and The Advocates’ Society. He teaches Trial Advocacy at the University of Toronto.
